I was looking for a prehung door with pine jams. Elmira Door and trim is one of the few companies that still offer this as an option and the price was better than the big box stores which only sell the mdf versions. Mike and his team were very responsive and they are focused on delighting the customer which has been lost by most companies.

Mike and all staff at Elmira Door and Trim were excellent to work with. Excellent customer.service and Mike went above and beyond to accommodate my request! I ordered the wrong style of doors for my home and.when I realized I wanted a different design, it was no problem at all to change things up and pick up the order and replace with the new order. It was actually a seamless transaction and better customer service than I could have ever dreamed of! Thanks very much to Mike at Elmira doors as well as some wonderful stuff for delivery and accounting. All in all a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this company. This is the third experience as we used this company for two other flip properties and couldn't have been more impressed with excellent client care and delivery. Thanks so much!

Great customer service. Mike made figuring out our doors and trim a lot less overwhelming then we originally thought. Various changes were made and additions to our order and he was always understanding. Highly recommend this business for any trim and doors. So much more personable then the box stores and amazing selection.

If I could give Mike and his staff, 10 stars I would. His customer service & responsiveness was fantastic. His attention to details and ensured we had everything we needed was great. When we needed additional items, he got them delivered the same day. His delivery man was very polite and professional. The prices we received were very reasonable and were better than his competitors but it was the customer service that sold us on using Mike & his team. I would suggest giving Mike a call as you won't be disappointed.

5 stars does not do Elmira Door & Trim Ltd. justice, they are absolutely fabulous! Mike and Bob were most helpful in assisting us with the purchase of 7 doors. They treated us remarkably well! Mike hooked me up with a great deal on new doors, hinges and handles in my hallway and bedroom doors. Everything matches and I can't speak to the level of professionalism that doing business with Mike was like. Will definitely go back when I need more work done.
